D’une épistémologie néosaussurienne de la linguistique à la question des droits de l’homme*

Abstract

In this article the author intends to argue that an epistemology of linguistics (and not only), grounded on the role of the ‘interpretations’ as empirical objects of science, is contained in Saussure’s (genuine) texts. Starting from this kind of epistemology of linguistics it is possible to approach general issues in human sciences and in philosophy, such as the universality of human rights (subject of which here is given a sample, taken from researches still in progress).
